Appointment Reservations & Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure an appointment. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of scheduled services, with any remaining balance due at the time of treatment.

Treatment pricing may vary depending on individual needs, product selection, and the services performed. Any pricing adjustments will be discussed prior to treatment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% of the scheduled service cost.
• No-show appointments: 100% of the scheduled service cost.
• Missed consultations: $25 no-show fee.

Any deposit previously collected will be credited toward applicable cancellation or no-show fees.

Secure Payment Methods & Card on File

Onyx Rose Aesthetics utilizes Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor, to manage electronic payments and securely stored payment methods.

A valid payment method may be required to reserve appointments. With appropriate authorization, stored payment methods may be used for future appointment deposits and applicable cancellation or no-show fees.

Complete payment card information is securely managed by Stripe and is not stored directly by Onyx Rose Aesthetics.

Payment & Processing Fees

Payment for services is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise arranged.

A processing fee of up to 3% may apply to eligible credit card transactions when disclosed before payment, subject to applicable laws and card-network requirements. Credit card surcharges do not apply to debit or prepaid cards.

Previously collected deposits are credited toward the service balance, and any applicable processing fee is calculated on the amount charged in the current transaction.
